Yes, the weather was terrific today so after the dentist and walking the dog I ventured out on the bike to clock up more than just a run down the road. 24 miles today, so I now know that I can do the first cycle of the trip (20 miles), however, I now need to build up to three times that distance on an average day basis!!!
I'm pretty sure that I can do 50 miles but there are quite a number of days in or around 100 miles so I think its fair to say, I still have some work to do!!!
