I have over 35 years experience in the social housing industry, both in the public and private sectors, and have specialised in the following key areas:

I am a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and hold a diploma in Building Surveying. I also hold a number of other qualifications, including: NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Certificate in P405 - Management of Asbestos and TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

In June 2019, I 'retired' from full-time work but my passion for the provision of quality housing services remains undiminished and I will works as long as is necessary to provide effective and professional services to all my clients.
