Yes, I'm less than two weeks away from travelling back to the United States to undertake yet another charity bike ride for the Fuller Center for Housing. This time I'm headed up the East Coast from Tybee Island in Georgia to Portland in Maine - a mere 1500+ miles in 4 weeks!!
I can now report that this change of lifestyle which started with retirement from full-time work in June 2019 - 5 years ago, has resulted in me raising £300 for Prostate Cancer UK and over $10k for the housing charity, whilst covering over 16,000 miles on my bike.
